Biography
Amanda is a wife and stay at home mother of two that keeps her on the go. For many years now she has had a passion for fitness and nutrition, and finding a healthier way to enjoy foods. She found a passion for helping others when a close friend was determined to lose weight and took up running. This provided a platform and mentorship to help provide ideas and goals as she worked to make changes to a healthier lifestyle. Helping a friend to make life and health changes sparked something new and exciting for Amanda.
Amanda is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach. She is constantly continuing to further her education to provide the best information and support for clients. Amanda spends countless hours developing programs, workouts, and meal plans to fit anyone’s needs. After being diagnosed with a wheat allergy, she has become very knowledgeable in assisting others that deal with gluten intolerances. She is focused on helping others make changes in their lives, reaching their goals, however large or small they may be.
