I hear a lot from women "I just want to look better in my clothes" or "I know I should exercise but can't find the time with my busy schedule!" I love to help women find ways to take care of themselves. They not only like the way they look but the way they feel even more! I am a busy Mom of 2 with a background in Nursing and Personal Training. I've realized over time that maintaining a consistent exercise routine, getting plenty of sleep, eating well and daily meditation has helped keep me sane! I am passionate about health and well-being in my own life and love cooking (and eating), running, weight training, reading and talking to other women. I've run 3 marathons, including Boston. I became an Integrative Health Coach through Duke as a way to bring to others all the benefits of self-care that I have experienced.
I help women to create their OWN health plans based on what is important to them. I will work with you to find the most effective,
achievable way to integrate diet, exercise and stress reduction into your life so that you can create healthy habits for a lifetime.
