What are your thoughts on the size of meals as the day progresses? I've heard you should eat like a King for breakfast and a pauper at dinner. Any truth to this myth? Thank you!

There is some truth to this statement - if you eat more earlier in the day, you have the energy to fuel your active, fast-paced life. At dinner, you're just slightly replenishing and getting ready for bed!
