Let me help you to be empowered to make your life what you want it to be - and deserve!
Is your life organized by a stack of sticky notes? Would you like to improve your health and well-being through stress reduction or weight loss? How about improving your relationships at home, with friends or at work? In today's busy world taking the first steps to make changes in your life is hard. a Coach can be your first step to helping you identify what you value most in your life, set your own goals, and empower you to achieve them.
Make your life what you want it to be!
With 15 years in Human Resources, I am acutely aware of how busy our lives can become and the challenges to maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Often we let work and family overshadow our own goals and needs. Learning to identify and focus on achieving your own goals is what a coach can do for you.
I know what it is like to feel stuck and powerless to make changes. Battling my own issues with stress and weight, which had serious effects on my health, I found my own coach to help me identify the things that were most important in my life, set goals and hold me accountable for achieving them. It was not always easy but that life changing experience made me want to help others. After receiving a Master's degree in Health and Wellness Coaching, I founded Empower House. Here we offer face-to-face or tele-coaching as well as programs which teach mindfulness practices, self-compassion and loving-kindness to help you on your own journey to an extraordinary life!
