I don't believe in counting calories, restrictive meal plans, or slaving away at the gym.
Those approaches aren't sustainable and certainly don't leave you feeling satisfied. My approach is to help you discover what works best for you and your lifestyle - a health and weight loss method that's catered specifically to your needs!
My clients want to feel great about their bodies, have boundless confidence, achieve a healthy relationship with food (no more guilt or uncontrollable cravings!) and understand the needs of their mind and body and how to nurture those desires.
I help my clients identify what’s truly holding them back from shedding pounds, behind the "I'm just too busy" or "diets don't work ". I can help you discover hidden, underlying reasons why you're not able to lose weight or keep it off.
I'll equip you with the knowledge and tools to help you achieve a greater respect for yourself and your body and improve your relationship with food. No more food-obsessions, impractical diets or body-bashing!
My passion is to liberate you from chronic dieting and constantly criticizing yourself, so you can focus on truly living your life to the fullest, whatever that looks like for you. You'll have more energy, confidence, and outstanding health!
I received my certification as a Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. My studies in nutrition and disease continue, as do my studies in Herbal Medicine. As many of us have learned, food provides significant health benefits and healing properties, and herbs complement our healthy habits even more so!
